Freight transportation in Europe (B2B) is divided into contract orders and spot/on-demand orders. The On-Demand part is up to 600,000 - 1,000,000 orders per day - still booked and handled via emails and phone calls. The result? An outrageous waste of customers' time, an awful Customer Experience and a total lack of transparency in pricing the service, which depends on the mood and competence of the forwarder.
A smart combination of technology, standardized processes, and human expertise. We’ve built these three pillars on the foundation of 11 years of experience and 600,000 completed shipments. We’ve already mastered the pricing, ordering, and tracking of transport ONLINE. Currently, we are developing an advanced AI-based pricing model, a platform for collaborating with carriers using decentralized sources, and an ecosystem of apps to optimize Done’s internal operations.
BECOME NO. 1 CHOICE FOR ON-DEMAND TRANSPORT IN EUROPE.
We are an independent, owner-operated company (decisions are made here, not in Frankfurt). We act fast, iteratively, and without unnecessary bureaucracy. We prioritize direct communication, experimentation, and innovation. We have industry and technological know-how. We understand the challenges of both customers and carriers. We know how to get it done.
Values around which we build our team
At DONE, we believe that development begins with the continuous search for new solutions and pushing boundaries. We do not fall into routine – exploration is the key to discovering better ways of operating, both in daily tasks and strategic challenges.
The market and customer needs are changing dynamically, so we are constantly looking for ways to be better than yesterday. We optimize processes, test innovations, and introduce new services. We treat every problem as an opportunity for development and improvement.
We are not afraid of change – it drives our success.
We believe that true responsibility is more than just completing assigned tasks – it is proactive action and striving for excellence in every aspect.
OWN means that we ourselves recognize problems and opportunities for improvement, and then act to solve them without waiting for instructions.
If we see that a process is not working optimally, we improve it. When meetings lose their effectiveness, we propose changes. When communication between departments is insufficient, we look for better ways to collaborate.
Each of us is a leader in our area.
We measure success through real results, not the amount of effort put in. Every action leads to a specific goal, and projects are only completed when they bring real value.
We make decisions quickly and effectively. For us, the most important thing is what we can achieve here and now, with long-term success in mind. We strive for masterful results – those that set industry standards.
We value transparency at every level: our goals, results, and strategy are open, and progress is clearly measurable. We do not waste time on unnecessary discussions or unclear reports – what matters is what actually works.
We always speak directly. We communicate clearly and without unnecessary formalities. If something does not bring results, we openly discuss it and implement changes that allow us to move forward.

Are You Ready to Join the Team? :)
A person who is eager to work. They are not discouraged by setbacks and understand that success requires time and consistency. They possess ambition, value development, and are not afraid of working from the ground up. They are open to feedback and ready for change. They can not only achieve but also be a great team member, respectful and supportive.
Individuals for whom development is too much effort to undertake. They treat feedback as unnecessary criticism, not as correction and an opportunity for change. Demotivated complainers who display a sense of entitlement and wait for every solution to be provided to them. People who do not adapt to change and do not want to be part of technological development.
